MRK is a family-owned premier Eventing, Show Jumping, Dressage and multi-discipline facility located in the heart of Area II. Our facility boasts a large outdoor with all-weather footing, professionally built show jumps, a regulation dressage indoor arena, and much more! We pride ourselves in top notch care for all horses on our premises ranging from boarding, breeding, showing, and clinics. We also provide a safe stable for mares in foal and have many years' experiences foaling out. Each year with great anticipation we await the arrival of each precious foal. With 24-hr monitored via cameras foaling and over 30 years foaling experience; we are prepared to handle each foal's arrival.

MRK Stables LLC is also the home base for On the Mark Eventing. OTM trainer Brittany Kuntz is a 2* FEI Event rider that specializes in restarting Off the Track Thoroughbreds and young horse development. She has been successful in bringing along multiple OTTBs and young horses for the trifecta of Eventing, Show Jumping and Dressage.

Who we are!
MRK Stables LLC is a family owned and operated farm in Damascus, MD. MRK quite literally stands for Mclaren, Richards, & Kuntz. The farm name was invented while Lorie and Brittany were in Florida during the fall of 2013 after they were dreaming of their future horse farm. Fast forward to 2016 the MRK family purchased their first farm!
The Vision
Brittany is now leading the way into a new future for MRK Stables with an emphasis on training and home shows. Lorie Richards & Glenn Mclaren are the power houses behind MRK Stables that support every endeavor MRK embarks on.
